no one likes drifting apart from your friends. even though it may as silent as a cat's paw-steps, it still sucked. noticing how we once again grow into different phrase of our lives and move into our own "zones" and sometimes the once shared "frequency" of topics gets drastically altered into something you can click with anymore is... frustrating. it's even more frustrating when neither party realises and makes no effort to patch up the gap, allowing it to grow further and further apart till perhaps.. one fine day it'll be irrepairable (is there such a word?).

this some how makes reading blogs depressing. lol maybe i'm being nuts since i've been sleepin only 4 hrs for the past few days.

oh well, despite of all these depressive bugs in the air that's contaminating my brain, i still feel blessed.

now i feel so fucking shagged from work. been in the subtitling room since after lunch. now i look at my monitor i wanna puke. literally. i'm feelin nauseaus already.

anyway, i was thinking about this on my way to work. oh yes, i've been tuning into to FM98 nowadays lol nice station. yeah back to topic, i think i'm really blessed. along with some of my friends, we're a blessed bunch. seriously. i realised that it's not just so simply "EXPECTED" for our friends or the people around us, our environment and whatever, to give us constructive opinions from time to time, point out our flaws in our face not to harm but in fact to help you get rid of all the bad habits, to throw you into situations where you'll grow, engage in deep and meaningful discussions, basically down to the main objective of helping shape our personalities into something outstanding.

i cant believe how some ppl can simply NOT have such discussions before. such.........un-enriching lives. opps? haha forgive my english it sucks. that's why i onli have B4.

ah yes, i'm thinkin of havin bbq in december. just to tell you beforehand. no details yet cos early. i'm simply addicted to the idea of bbq-ing lah ok? am thinking of the variety of food we can make. i wanna have ppl participate in creating dishes that's why i so enthusiastic i guess. sano's choco banana.. burgers.. my salad.. smoothies.. all the funny lil things we can come up with instead of the boring menu.

on a note, my mgr wanna extend my contract til end of december.

shld i?

my considerations r that i NEED A BREAK. i need rest. but i want the income. n i loathe job hunting. perhaps landing in a perm job w better pay is good as well. but this is a job that's never gonna be for life wadsoever. it's a gd job that allows me to save up $ or leave a life that's pretty simple and routined. i wanna introduce the 'spice' in the later part perhaps a year or two down the road. a more challenging and more self-achieving job. but now, i need $ and i need to save.

Reality sucks doesn't it?

See my cute heizai!!! stayed still to pose for this lovely cute pipsqueaky picture! it's much smaller sized than baibai cos baibai's about nearly 1.5 times bigger.

baibai

did a few stuff o'er the weekend altho i cant remember don't know why.. lemme think. ah yes, friday was wilson's friends birthday and so we all went on down to a condo in tanjong rhu area. forgot wads the name of the condo but it's really neat. the condo opposite it to it was even more poshed lookin. that i remember was named as "Pebble Bay". They get the full view of the river!! how nice! often i find myself marvelling at the nice scenic view whenever i ride by the ECP towards rochor and we get to look on down at the river and all and now all these beautiful view is just at the door steps of these rich folks! but then again, heard from wilson that those condos are pretty old already. been there for a long time.

anyway, back to the bbq. it was quite an enjoyable experience and as usual, i lent a helping hand in starting fire. somehow i just simply like starting fires and bbq-ing food. can't stand sitting down cos it's so boring. learn some tips on cookin better food and avoiding havin them get charred. heh

well as usual you expect the scenes of witnessing the birthday girl being 'welcomed' by a cake in the face, thrown into the pool, made drunk silly and all that sorta stuff. poor kiddo didn't even get to eat much while we gorged ourselves to death with the chicken wings and satays.

after all the fun and brawling, me n wilson got really tired so we decided to call it a day and head back home to rest.

saturday i invited iman n sano o'er to take a look at my cute hammies and also i prepared pancakes for them and tried out on my experiment with eggs. hm. simply cant avoid getting the base charred somehow. must experiment more. fed mom with pancakes as well when she woke up feeling hungry and ordered me to the kitchen to prepare her food and washed up the hammie cage all by myself before iman n sano arrived. am coaxing my mom to buy a blender so that i can try out the receipes from the "Smoothies & Juice" book i bought from borders. hiak hiak!

braided iman's hair for her. she say i can start collectin $2 from everyone i braid their head for. and sames goes for nail painting except it's gonna be pricier! hiak hiak!

we lazed around on my bed and crapped and watched tv and basically bummed around till it was about 5+pm before we headed off to parkway to slack somemore. a

da 3 bummers!

fter they left (about an hour later or so) i walked around alone in parkway, doin some window shopping.

waited religiously at home till the clock strikes 8pm that tells me my darlin is comin' by soon.

wilson came by at 9+pm where we had lunch w my folks together downstairs. walked around on our own for awhile before finally heading back upstairs again.

me n wilson dear bumming around on the bed before sleeping.

woke up and went with darlin dear to eat prawn mee and walked back to the library to slack there. i seriously wanna smack the security guard there. he is so lame can!? alrite what's wrong with ur bf putting his arms around you. so what if we're in the library! we're not kissing or fondling or behaving too intimately or what nots anyway. in fact, we were readin a bk about hammies and guess wot? the STUPID SKINNY SCRAWNY WEIRD LOOKIN SECURITY GUARD simply came to us and in a super irritating and impolite manner said, "'scuse me, please don't do this in public".

baffled by him, i blurted my reply "do wad?" into his face.

my bf was equally baffled.

to us, we were reading. u're tellin us we cant read?

anyway forgot wad he said but he was referin to wilson putting his arms around me cos i'm COLD.

felt like slappin the stupid man. @#$%^$^@#$~!

he was impolitely kicking the seats back into place when he told the people to stand up so that he can 'kick' the alignment back in. how rude.

anyway, we trotted to parkway after that and to our horror did we realise a tad too late that we planned our timing wrongly for the rollerblading session. wilson has to head back to camp and we planned at about an hr too late and it'll be pretty rushed.

thought i was upset and the fact i dun like to rush into things but nevertheless we went on ahead with the rollerblading and it did prove to lighten up the bad feelings and it was pretty refreshing. it's been a while since we last rollerbladed anyway.

now i'm back at work and oh well, time flies. time for me to head back to the subtitling room.

Weekend was spend in a eventful and rather pleasant way. *full of smiles*

Had a rather disastrous attempt in breakfast but dear didn't mind it hahaha cos my sunny side up seems pretty toasted. think i need a new pan soon. this one just ain't workin right.

dear was washing up the hammie cage.

hammies.. esp mine, is getting stupid. got stuck behind the wheel twice!!!! heizai became medic of the day by calling frantically for help with all the mousey squeaks and then lapping baibai's wounds. so sweet.

Met up with iman, sano, hailoon, a few others, along with my dear, and all of us trotted off to the trip to the japanese school in tanah merah. Natsumatsuri (summer fest) was held on saturday and boy it was packed!

played with games and all but there were probably a few regrets. one of which, is that i failed to arrive earlier to try on the yukata! *strangles sano*

sano did manage to get into one. haiz. sad me.

too bad leehuei was held up and couldn't join us. a few others this year were held up too. kelvin.. yifeng.. bryan.. would've loved their company for sure.

i played a game at the game stall in my futile attempt to fish a balloon (deflating my ego) but i did get a free one tho i failed! lol then we had lotsa food till we're so damn stuffed, lotsa cheap buys and i bought two kanebo eyeshadows for $2 each and 2 really nice pouches for $2 each as well. one was bought as a gift for a colleague. moving along you get to bump into people you know since they'll all gather around for the event but we move out along with our own groups, greeting one another when we bumped into each other.

i just realised i did quite alot of thing just on sunday alone. lol

mornin we woke up to have breakfast over in roxy square cos dear wanted to try the wanton noodles again. then both of us trotted off elsewhere to visit his mom and then soon after we trotted off to queensway shopping center. we were there to scout for presents for vincent & victor's bdae that day. we're havin BBQ in the evening o'er at east coast so me n wilson have been tasked to get a present for them. we scouted the whole queensway shopping center walkin all o'er before i finally decided to get these two really nice tshirts for them. then we got stuck in macdonald's cos it was RAINING so heavily!!!! when the rain finally lessened, we decided to use my umbrella to get to IKEA. (didn't use it earlier on cos rain was simply too heavy) it was wilson's first trip to ikea so i guess it might've been slightly overwhelming with the amount of crowd and furniture available. our fav was most probably the sofa section for obvious reasons. our bums were very happy that day. saw a lamp we thought suitable for my room but won't get it yet. then there were some good ideas for home decorations and all and soon we went and try the ice cream and hot dogs. it's been a long while since i last ate them and wilson's first try.

after IKEA it was getting late so we rode back home and rest awhile, packing stuff and all.

victor's daughter was the attention seeking sort, the usual bubbly little girl who's 4 years old but thank god she's not annoying but she does like to cling around those who plays with her. carrying her around is no easy feat and i definitely felt the "effect" of carrying her around in the form of armaches that lasted for days. had the simple meeting of my ex-bk friends n all and meal and the BBQ before heading back home at about 11+pm. the moon was beautiful that night and super windy at the beach.

cute amelia

I had a really busy week at work especially since leehuei was on leave and i get pummelled through and through with stacks and stacks of things to complete and update. lying somewhere on my desk are tapes for me to QC. gotta sit thro hours n hours starin at the pc watchin tapes to check for problems.

had a couple of phone conversations with terry. it's nice catching up and nice talkin to people you've known for years.

i'm feeling kinda like a giddy-headed silly girl right now. haha

somehow excitable over the fact i'm meeting up with some of my poly mates later for Mark's birthday.

I've prepared a gift for him as well.

It's been quite awhile since I last saw them and of course I'm happy.

what's adding to the joy of it was the fact that wilson offered to pick me up after my meeting with them.

how sweet of him!

i'm not sure how late the dinner will end till, or whether they intend to walk around, but nonetheless, i guess i'll hang around but not too late. I wanna meet my boy too.

He'll be stayin with me quite alot this week and I cant explain but I'm damn happy cos having him close calm my nerves. haha i'm always feeling uneasy when he's not with me for too long.

both of us had dinner at parkway with my folks. dad keep eyeing other people's food. i swear he's getting really fat. we were shocked to see him buying a huge bag of hum chim peng (wadever u call it, it's those chinese fried dough thingy). and we just had dinner! soon after they got home (mom n dad strolled off elsewhere), dad started devouring the dough thingy!!! mom had to snatch them from him.

gawd.

my dad's turning into a balloon.

we 'kids' trotted to the petshop to terrorize hamsters!!! muahahahhahaha!! (btw read frm CE's blog our winter whites can change its coat colour in cool temp!!! *stares @ aircon*)

then.......that lil baby caught my eye.

a 3 mth old chihuahua that was irresistably adorable!!

played with it for awhile outside its cage til wilson had to pry me away from it i guess. swear i would've bought it home if was some stupid rich kid with lotsa $ to spare.

my gawd, aint it the sweetest lil dar'lin u'll ever see!?

For those whom I've mentioned this to before,

Remember once I've told you guys that the famous steamboat stall in Parkway Parade Shopping Center's food court have shifted over to Roxy Square cos the lady boss told my mom that the rental was too high?

Well, mom distastefully told me this second piece of news.

Here's the flip side of the coin for you to decide who to believe.

The authentic stall has not shifted. In fact, it's still very much operating in PP Shopping Center.

Story is that the helper of the 'actual' boss has worked under him/her for 17 years and finally decided to branch out to open a shop of her own. That's fine. However, the boss said she has been spreading rumours to let people think that she's the real boss and that they've shifted o'er from PP Shopping center to Roxy Square.

So now Roxy Square's dead-ish foodcourt gets flooded with customers at her stalls bcos of the rumour as well.

So whom to believe?

I havent tried the steamboat now in parkway yet to verify. But frankly speakin? The one at Roxy doesnt taste too bad either.

Haiz. Politics.

dear wilson is so sweet and dedicated to our hammies now and so he decides to check up for websites about them and possible ailments they may have so as to keep our hammies safe n strong n happy. (besides the fact they chew on their cage so much and the stupid cage seems to be falling apart now)

if you too wanna read up more about hammies, look to ur right. as u oughta know by now, that on the right columns, u'll get all sorta links and the hammie link is just right o'er there. click on it for more information and read-ups.

now i'm off and back to work and day dreaming abt my dear wilson.

take care all and i'll be back.

i've always liked BBQ actually.

i like organizing one, buyin the food and inviting the people.

i enjoy the company.

but that of course, depends on whom i invite.

i don't normally have big groups where they split into many tinier groups.
one grp being alien to another.

i like the big family thingy.
i like the cooking, and the chatting, and the crapping.

somehow, the way i have my friends, i sorta have the tendency of mixing them up. lol
especially with the publicity of their names splashed across my blog, one grp of friends would have heard of the other. awareness of each other's existence will be there and sometimes, i do have a couple from my various groups of friends mix together n go out.

makes it more fun i feel.

so now i have this question. it's just an idea.

dun come tell me my bdae is still far away.

so wad?

i like planning ahead.

i'm merely using my bdae as an excuse for ppl to 'make' the effort to come.
people who have the enthusiasm and the heart to participate would just come as it is.
no erms, ahs, and i'll think abt it(s), or i'll let u know.

so here's my proposal.

if u like it, join me in organizing. if not, dun comment cos u'll spoil my mood.

if u have better suggestions, feel free to talk abt it.
i'm running out of ideas anyway.

I wanna either book a chalet, and have BBQ, and have ppl stay over, or just BBQ at least.

so how about that?

now it has been more than year since i've last organized a bbq and so far quite a number of feedbacks on how they liked it and a few having said they're lookin fwd to the next, comments pls ppl. about this.

At times I feel as though I'm an extreme pessimist. i don't dwell on negativity. negative possibility simplies dawns onto me. causes me to ponder. to add it into my calculations. sometimes others may just wonder and think, "huh? why r u even thinking abt such things?"

Amused by Yifeng's startled reaction towards a casual comment on a fear I have about giving birth to babies. Dun wish to repeat what the fear is, but it's not about the pain etc if u're guessing. Yifeng knows. Come to think about it, know what? Think she's the first and only person to have heard about it from me. I've never told anyone about it so far cos it's just one of the many I have in mind. She was pretty surprised that that thought even occured to me in the first place cos it probably never occured to her ever.

*shrugs*

We're talking about negative possibilites and I'm full of it.

My kinda person lives far too much in the present for my own good. Yes it made me a super appreciative person. But on the bad side, I'm a paranoid. I gauge the well-being of everything, based on every second I'm breathing right now. What I'm happy about today, I start to worry and doubt about whether it'll last til tomorrow. Tiring isn't it. Can't help it.

Then I worry about close ones.. those I find dearest and unbearable, should I lose them. Why would you lose them? Well, friendship isn't the only thing to strip them away from you.

Illness. Old Age. Accidents.

These 3 major factors, freaks me out.

All the 'what-if(s)' floods me and eats me inside out sometimes.

Have I ever told you I'm afraid of darkness? Highly afraid. Besides the fact it spooks me, (considering the time of the mth), it is also something that will make me plunge into negative thoughts.

Yeah I think too much.

Just last night, sleeping alone in my room. Wilson is normally by my side cos he knows darkness spooks me. I'm used to sleeping w someone next to me since young. All thro my teens I shared room w my mom. When Wilson came along, he would stay over at times. I will normally cuddle up to him throughout the night. Then last night as I laid down on my bed staring into space with the door slightly ajar to let in some light and the rest of the room pitch black except with a ray of light escaping in thro the door... Feeling of nothingness overcomes me. My mind whirls into thoughts about old age. What happens after that. When we pass away. What's beyond that. Do we simply switch off?

After-life? Does it exist? Do we have consciousness after that even perhaps in the being of a 'soul' or wadever..?

Leaving behind our dear ones..

Leaving our physical shell..

Being old. Aging with Time. Not having the vibrant lifestyles as compared to what we're having now.

I naively cling on to hope I'll live a 100 years and never die altho I know that's impossible.

ok what the heck the negativity of this post.

anyhow, i'm busy..busy..busy..BUSY!! LIKE MAD for the past few days since last week and feel as if i'm going nuts soon.

thank god for the the holiday in between haha. watched two movies on tuesday and wednesday. went out with yifeng on monday for dinner before meeting up w terry n fred for some beer drinking session later that night.

tuesday i watched charlie and the chocolate factory. wasn't too bad. watched bewitched on wednesday (free tix for hailoon) hurhur and it wasnt too bad too.

am now simply looking forward to headin home, have a nice bath and waiting for my dear wilson to drop by my hse after his work.

and yes of course, not to forget, to read my novel. ahahhaha

it's nice knowing u have someone to cuddle to at night who will surprise you with a kiss thinking that u won't know but u do (hee), or sometimes, even when u're knocked out senseless in sleep.

to once again discuss about marriage, children and kids and life together with ur other half.. i SHOULD feel somewhat disheartened perhaps.. sad perhaps.. or even paranoid and distrusting. i once discussed at length with him about such topics. him participating in the talk. haha ironically, all the breath wasted on a dream build on hot air that vaporized quickly... but haha No. i don't. in fact, this time with Wilson i feel sure, and happy.

for once, i'm not the one being hopeful, and i know, the other half is serious about it.

life's good to me now and i thank god for it.

i may be a free thinker. not binded by religion. but i have my own belief somewhere. *wink*

old pop's big day's comin up soon in a few weeks time. mom's planning about to celebrate for him n all but keeping it hush hush in case we decided to keep it simple with less ppl. family gatherings are delightful but ironically, the inevitable is the family politics that comes along with it that screws everything up.

mark's bdae week is comin up and just received an sms from him askin me to join him for dinner o'er at NYDC. how sweet and i felt great. lookin forward to that day.

one last thing before i go, second time i've been mistaken for a 17 year old. how amusing is that? haha! apparently i look young at times to the point of havin my bf's friend(s) confused o'er my age and one even asked whether i nided to go sch the next day since it was late already. am outta sch aaaaaaaages ago. WAS 17 aaaaaaaaaaages ago. haiz. sweet teenage years. how time flies by so quickly. RARRRR..~

THINK IT WAS..............................last Saturday? or last last saturday? *stones*

bwahahaha neewaaaaaaaay, i went out with kelvin kor n sano. then i THINK i remembered bloggin abt buying a cd for 5.95 didn't i?? Here's evidence!!

cheap Sakura's CD at $5.95!!!

saw more ridiculous cheap (duno who these ppl are) at $1.95!!!
And then bumped and jumped and rooooooo.......lled off somewhere and saw these!!! (points to piccy below)

Note 3 versions of CDS!

Funny thing was...... Cd #1 (big 5.95 sticker) is packaged probably in Taiwan. Cd # 2 probably .. i duno. sg version? $28.50. Cd # 3.........*drum rolls* is imported from JAPAN n it's.....$72!! wahahaha all same cd end up 3 different pricing. so dumb.

Me n my dear gugu have been like visiting pet shops whenever we have the time and all. I've been contemplating about getting hammies for quite sometime. Asked gu a few times whether he wanna get hammies. Told dad abt getting hammies and despite his answer 'no' and 'cannot', bwahha i said 'DUN CARE U AHHHHHH' and i returned home with hammie. wahahaha da look on old pop's face was priceless.

as usual me n gu scouted pet shops and we saw cute pups n all. there's this pup with fur...like towel. crumpled one!!! came out and went straight to my gu (wilson) and snuggled at his legs. then chew his pants ahahahahahahaha

mi gu has affinity with pup/doggies. how sweet. ^__^

then we went on by and saw a damn cute bunny rabbit!!!!!

then..then...HAMMIES!!!!

that was where i saw the hammie i tot i just HAD TO BUY cos it's shooooooooooooooo cute! always tot about getting 2 hammies (same gender cos dun wan to breed them). cos..like if u breed them then u get a basketful of hammie babies...and..and..they'll get eaten up!!!!! *horrified expression* noooooooooooooooooooooooooo........!!

anyway, *koff* ok so we picked the hammies we 'intend' to buy, checked out the cage n food n all. i observed for quite sometime on which hammie to get. criteria: non-agressive, cute, preferably young, blur. bwahaha

on the side, i too observed the staff(s) at the pet shop. noted how friendly + responsible one of the malay guy was.

i went back to him he next visit and i was proven right. he was a good guy to have around providing excellent customer service as compared to the other chinese (beng-like) staff(s) around that give u that blur or half heck care attitude when serving u. BAH!

we also went a particular pet shop across at katong. oh yeah p.s we at roxy square's foodcourt. their beef horfun v nice. *wink* can go try. $4. ok back to petshop in katong. they have cute pups and hammies too. petfood is cheaper too.

and so i bought two sapphire winter whites hammies!! both male. both tiny. one mine one my dear's. they are named in chinese as HEI ZAI (blackie) and BAI BAI (whitewhite). i was commenting how come wilson picked one as black as him LOL

when i bought the hammies back bwahah i stepped into the hse and grinned at dad. then dad look at me and.....i flashed HAMMIE CAGE!! ahahahahhahaha then dad was like grumbling grumbling but IN THE END, i caught daddy sitting infront of hammie cage peeping at hammie for several minutes. hee. mom too. hee.

HAMMIES!!!!

On the side, u know wad? i'm still getting those nuisance calls. at least once everyday. @$@#$%#%

i've got like free tix for the movie Bewitched. wahaha can go n watch it next wednesday. tml's lunch we'll be celebrating leehuei and kevin pillar's bdae. and NEXT SAT will come along for me n lijun n susu to go jalan jalan!! wee!

i wan to buy a hammie. or rather, hammies.

am in the midst of brainwashing and convincing mom to allow me to keep hammie(s).
dad objected but i'm gonna ignore it hahahahaha *evil*

something happened that made me think twice about how "safe" my neighbourhood is.

someone.. some idiots, just stolen wilson's helmet.
sent him down cos he's going home and we realised something's missing.

his helmet.

did he leave it upstairs at my place?
no he didn't.
then where is his helmet?!
as we walked on nearer.. what's left, was the strap.
someone knifed off the helmet from the strap that's attached to where wilson locked his helmet. what rubbish!

must be some seriously bo liao teens.

havent u got better things to do!?

anyhow wilson said that the helmet hasn't been washed for over a year.

LOL

gd luck kids.

i nid to keep my temper in check.

have been easily agitated recently.
wonder why or wads triggering it.
stress? anger? dissatisfaction? or mensus?

haiz

no idea.

got 'yellow carded'.
better watch out for 'red card'.

puppies are adorable creatures. so r hammies n cute rabbits. hee.

stale, unmoving air.
choking up my lungs.
i could hardly breathe.

wenhao was admitted into the hospital the day before yesterday.
bad case of back ache.
not sure of the exact problem and he don't seem pretty sure either.

bought some cakes up for him to eat. well.. u'll be pretty much bored to death given his condition with no tv nor gameboy or even magazines to kill some time but the stale air and 6 other people you don't know, that's sharing the ward with you.

i seem to be having more problems with my breathing lately.
often choking up and finding myself havin difficulties to breathe.
sometimes i realised it's such a chore to breathe under those conditions, i just stop breathing all together till i think i'm gonna die if i dun take my next breath.

sometimes i wish i have an inhaler with me. or bryan cos he's the one who has the inhaler. lol.

or somebody.

what if i collapse?

what's the chances of me gettin someone in the crowd who has an inhaler?

bumped into Ben at tanah merah bus stop. lol weird place to meet people. wasnt lookin my best cos it's after work and i'm tired. he pointed that out too. anyhow we chatted up a lil before exchanging numbers and i had to rush for my bus already. my mind is all on meeting my dear.

dinner at maxwell was.....fine. i ordered dumplings from Sunto.

then dumpling noodles. would've prefered having the claypot rice but they're closing already. actually i'm a trifle surprised that maxwell opens till pretty late. cos when i'm there it's already past 9pm. wanted to go to far east sq at first to have ramen at benppu ramen but guess it'll be closed already.

yet another day has passed and it's midweek. 2 more days to go til weekend but my dear is workin.

nvm.

pay's comin out.

shall do some shopping therapy ahahaha..!

Ever-so-often, I feel blessed with people who are tolerant with me and my sudden mood swings.
I may not throw up a tantrum but I'll just be truly stoned and quiet.

It may last for a very long time yet as sudden as it is to others as it is to me, I'll for some strange reason bounce back in a matter of seconds and bounce around again.

don't ask me why. i don't know why myself.

anyhow, wilson was such a dear to be very patient with me.

yesterday was our 5th month Annivasary. time flies, doesn't it? blink of an eye, it has already been 5 mths and now we're both countdowning to our 6th mth together.

the day before we spent the whole day together with each other doin activities together. i prepared breakfast for him in the mornin and we took a nap in the afternoon to wake up sometime 4pm and had dinner downstairs with mom. then we went to the beach to rollerblade at sometime around 6pm. it's cooling and very relaxing to rollerblade at the hour, but still crowded nonetheless.

at night we watched "The Terminal" DVD i bougth from HMV on saturday after havin met up with sano and the botak-ed Kevin~~~ on saturday. (i had my moodswing attack that day too. anyhow my kor n sano r nice ppl *grin* then 3 of us kept bumping into ppl we know. i met wilson's friends, whole bunch of them, and shuehui.)

as we watched the dvd, i took out some threads and did a friendship band onto wilson's bunch of keys. when the movie ended, i more or less finished doin the band and wilson seemed pretty pleased about it. like a lil boy he kept lookin at it and flashed his champion boy-like grin at me. priceless and worth all the effort hahahaha

moments too precious to forget. i had fun that day and once again, am sure that i'm loved.

yesterday we went orchard but the rain sorta dampened things up alittle. wanted to let wilson try the fried japanese noodles in plaza sing but strangely, the shop got closed when it's only 8pm! idiot.

we walked over to taka to buy our food there.

then soon after we went by liat towers to visit vincent at his work.

day ended with wilson sending me home and after a bath, i slept pretty much soon after.

watched Sin City (Click to enter) last night.

what can I say?

black n white.
interesting theme.
interesting shooting style.
beautiful women.
lotsa boobs and asses.
elijah woods looks damn freaky.
damn violent.
damn gore.
no wonder it's R21.
'nancy' is hot!

will you like the movie?

i don't know

cos it's pretty subjective i must say.

sano liked the movie. i did. wilson....................hm...............i think he didn't dislike it. hahahahaha

it's interesting though. kinda like.....dark comedy basically. so if u're thirsty for violence.. boobs and somewhat sadistic sense of humour, this is a movie for u.

definitely very 'comic' style.

Went to the zoo with wilson dear and his friend wenhao on sunday!!!!

wilson could see that i was really happy about the trip cos i was very bubbly and excitable whenever i see the animals and would be squealing and jumping around.

the tickets was pretty pricey. $14!! without tram ride! (addition four bucks if for tram ride)

at first before we left the house we were considering if we should go there by wilson's bike or by public transport. shijie n wenhao were supposed to join us but all of us were over at this place in katong village called the ....ok i forgot the name. it's a ktv pub. we stayed til about 1+ but shijie stayed with some others till 4am so he couldnt get up to join us for the zoo trip.

me n wilson were o'er at morgan's hse for hsewarmin on saturday's afternoon before meeting shijie, wenhao and a lady fren named boon o'er at tea chapter in maxwell area. i brought them o'er to benpu ramen @ far east square. hahahaha they didnt heed my advice and ordered the really spicy ones and were all sweating like mad after the meal. felt as if my throat was gonna go up in flames.

anyhow, back to zoo trip!
was fun as i dragged wilson around with me to take pictures of the animals! i got to see my favourite meerkats!!! they are so small! much tinier than i expected them to be and they are so cute all facing to watch the zebras. squirrels were cute too and one particular white one was on a branch top and constantly doin backflips! hahahaha

fun!

(left-to-right: white tiger, malayan sun bear *note the one nappin on the right!*, zebras (baby!!)

(left-to-right: meerkats!!!, squirrel (eating nuts!)

racoons drinking water!

actually i took alot more shots but these were some of my favourites.

we even ate at the Ben n Jerry's specialty store at last and had KFC for dinner. hehehehe
fun day!
